Electric cars

Jakobstads Energi’s electric cars are used by city employees on weekdays, but in the evenings and weekends anyone can rent them freely.

Two fully electric, automatic cars are located at Köpmansgatan 16, where charging points have been built for them. The VW ID.3 was chosen as the car model.

The electric cars are operated by Omago, which owns the cars and is responsible for their maintenance, cleanliness, insurance and usage. Reservations and the opening of car doors are handled via a mobile phone app. Find out more detailed rental and usage instructions on Omago’s website.
