2021 – Thesis (Bachelor of Social Services, YAMK)

A tool for measuring the extent to which municipalities have appropriate services for information and consulting in crucial sectors for the integration of immigrants was created in the thesis. The main areas have been identified based on the theories of good integration and on the services for promoting integration which are needed to achieve good integration.
