The Town Hall Customer Service Point (Front Office B) is located on the first floor of the Technical Services Centre. Its opening hours are Monday–Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All visitors to Town Hall are received through the Customer Service Point.

The purpose of the Customer Service Point is to direct customers to the correct office and the appropriate officials, thereby improving customer service at Town Hall. We hope that customers will arrange an appointment in advance whenever possible.

The Customer Service Point also enhances security for everyone, as the exterior and interior doors are locked and only the entrance to the Customer Service Point remains open. The Customer Service Point serves customers of the Town Administration, Technical Services Centre, Building Control Department, Environmental Office, Education Services, and Jakobstad Water Utility.

Clients of the Jakobstad Region Integration Unit, Alerte Oy, and the Social Services Centre of the Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County have separate entrances.
