During the autumn break, Jakobstad offers a wide range of activities for the whole family. The programme includes sports, crafts, exhibitions and guided tours.

Malmska gården, Storgatan 2
The exhibition The Rise of the Businesswoman is currently on view.

Tempus, Otto Malmsgatan 3
The exhibition Into the Forest is currently on view at Tempus. In this cross-border art exhibition, artists from the Kvarken region explore the forest from scientific, poetic and artistic perspectives.

Guided tours

Saturday 10 October
Curator Simon Gripenberg will give a guided tour of the Into the Forest exhibition at Tempus at 12 noon in Swedish and at 1 p.m. in Finnish. The guided tour is included in the museum admission fee.

Thursday 15 October, 6–8 p.m.
The exhibition concludes with a closing event at Tempus. Free admission.

The Museum and Tempus are otherwise open from Tuesday to Saturday, 12 noon–4 p.m. The normal admission fee applies.

Please note: Tempus will be closed from 16 to 21 October while the exhibitions are being changed.
