Spotlight – The Night of Culture and Commerce kicks off the autumn season in Jakobstad on August 26 from 5 PM to 10 PM. Organized annually by Citygruppen rf, Spotlight offers visitors the chance to enjoy outstanding cultural experiences, shop in the town centre, and explore a wide range of cafés and restaurants.

Shops in the town centre will stay open longer and offer fantastic Spotlight deals. The event begins with an inspiring hair and fashion show showcasing autumn trends and hairstyles accompanied by live music.

Throughout the evening, visitors can enjoy dance and music performances, street circus acts, and family-friendly physical activities, including a family workout session and the Joy Run.

In addition, Jakobstad Region Guides Association will host a guided walking tour where participants can hear fascinating ghost stories from Jakobstad’s history.
