We ask all our customers to read their water meters on 1 September and report the meter reading to Jakobstads Vatten. Reading cards will be sent to all properties in August.

This is necessary to ensure the accuracy of invoicing – if you have paid more in advance than the amount of water you have used, you can get the difference back.

We are changing systems, and unfortunately, if the meter reading is not reported on 1 September, it might be difficult to account forthe amount that would otherwise have been due to you.
