Autumn Swimming Courses 2025
Registration opens on Friday, 15th August 2025 at 12:00. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email within a few days. Places are limited, and if the course is full, you can be added to the waiting list.
Beginner course
The beginner course is for children who are not yet able to swim. During the course, we practice water confidence, dipping the head, floating on the back and stomach, gliding, and jumping from the edge. We also introduce basic swimming techniques.
Goal: children will learn to float and glide on their backs and stomachs and swim 10 meters.

Advanced course
The advanced course is for children who have mastered the basics. We practice different swimming strokes, long and deep diving, and various jumps.
Goal: improve swimming technique and swim 25 meters on the back and stomach.
Advanced course (9 sessions): 2.10-6.11.2025, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 15:30-16:15 Price: 130€FULL!
Technical course
In the technical course, we focus more closely on swimming techniques. We practice starting jumps, turns, and the basics of butterfly stroke.
Goal: children will be able to swim 100 meters freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke with proper starts and turns.

Master course
The master course is for children who want to refine their skills further. We work on achieving the Swim Candidate, Swim Master, and Primus Master badges, perfect swimming techniques, diving, jumps, and lifesaving skills.
Requirement: children must be able to swim at least 200 meters, including 50 meters on the back.

Junior Lifesaver
The Junior Lifesaver course is for children aged 10–15.
Requirement: children must be able to swim 200 meters.
During the course, we practice rescuing people in distress using different techniques, tools, and grips. In addition to lifesaving and first aid skills, we also practice diving with masks and fins.
